On 31 October, the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon was presented by Ambassador HIKIHARA Takeshi to Mr. Malcolm Crick, former Secretary of the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR).
