1. Location:
Permanent Mission of Japan
Andromeda Tower, Donau-City-Straße 6, 1220 Vienna, Austria
2. Employment status: 2 year fixed-term position (with possibility of permanent extension)
3. Payment: approximately 2500 euros per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
4 .Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 9:00-16:30.
5. Job: General secretarial duties, note-taking in multilateral meetings, copy-editing of statements and official correspondence and research
6. Qualifications:
- Fluent (speaking, reading and writing) in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Work experience in international organizations is preferable.
7. Skills
(1) Verbal and written communication skills
(2) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
(3) Problem-solving
(4) Interpersonal skills
(5) Flexible working attitude in a multicultural environment
8. Requirements: working permit in Austria
