【Local staff member is required (IAEA Section)】

1. Place: Permanent Mission of Japan (IAEA Section), Andromeda Tower, Donau-City-Straße 6, 1220 Vienna, Austria.
 
2. Employment status: Temporary employment (from June 3rd 2024 to October 31st 2025 (1 year and 5 months)).
 
3. Payment: approximately 2500 euros per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
 
4. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 9:00-16:30.
 
5. Job: general secretarial duties, note-taking in multilateral meetings and research.
 
6. Qualifications:
  1. Fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in English
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  3. Work experience as staff in international organizations is preferable
 7. Skills:
  1. Verbal and written communication skills
  2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  3. Problem-solving skills
  4. Interpersonal skills
  5. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
8. Requirements: working permit in Austria.
