Japan welcomes the decision by the Netherlands to conclude an Additional Protocol to its Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement (CSA) with respect to the Netherlands Antilles. We highly commend the efforts of the relevant parties which led to this decision.
We encourage all Member States that have not yet done so to conclude an AP as soon as possible.
