Now I will speak briefly in my national capacity.
Japan welcomes the decisions by Somalia and Equatorial Guinea to conclude their CSAs with SQPs, and APs. We highly commend their Governments and the Secretariat for their efforts which led to these decisions. We hope that the conclusion of these instruments will be completed at an early date.
